header leaks!!!!

my friend bought a set of headers off ebay there good headers but were the header connects to the exhaust is a flimsy clamp that leaks. there is no flanges so its not a good seal. so im wondering if anyone has this problem or a fix for this.

Are you talking about the two piece slip joint crossover?Some guys just weld them up. Others use this.

Or the flanged ends.
2.25" V-Band Stainless Steel Clamp: VBCS-225 Verocious Motorsports
I'm not sure of the sizes so I just guessed.

NAPA sells the band clamps.
Just picked up 3 the other day. About the same price.

What size did ya get?

Get the 2.25 size the size is mm of course but the 2.25 will work not the 2.5, size is around 2 3/8 actually.
