Header to head sealing, What do you use?

I recently purchased a set of coated factory headers, but before I install them, I would like to know what is the best way to seal the joint between the headre and the head? Metal to metal, copper gasket, composit gasket? How have you done it and what were the results? While I'm at it, has anyone used a two piece 3" DP, how do you get the slip joint to seal? I was thinking of header wraping just the 2-3 inches on each side of the joint. Even if it doesen't seal 100% it would prob at least quiet it up so I don't hear it leak. Any ideas? Thanks.

i use atr copper gaskets with my reconditioned factory headers 2 years no problems

Use ther red high temperature RTV, you will never have a leak again.

I too vote for Felpro 1400's myself.... anything else and I get leaks or burn up any other gasket with the high EGT's.
