Headliner headache

Replacing the headliner. The write up makes it sound pretty easy.
What's the secret for removing the inside trim piece above the windshield?
Same question about the bolts holding in the seat belt retainers.

Are we talking t-tops ? If so trim above windshield fits like a puzzle thats all. Rear window trim held together with clips
that break when removed buy new ones from GM or leave
clips off. Clean board real good down to plastic film. Any
breaks in board is repairable with a good strong tape. My
fabric came from Jo-Ann Fabric and adhesive from Advance
Auto 3m heavy duty. Trimming board be patient. Did mine
and friend did his year ago and still holding
