Headrest removal

How do you remove the headrests from GN bucket seats?

you need like a 1" wide slim jim that i think goes down the front of the seat to release it, upholstery shops know how to ge it done.

I used a hack saw blade...bend the blade slightly so it's curved then pull the head rest all the way up...slip the blade in from the front...try to keep it centered on the metal piece coming from the headrest...push the headrest down with the blade...then pull up and it should come out...may take a few trys...
