Help! Caspers ccci kit not right

I bought the ccci Hotwire kit from Caspers that is specifically for installing the '86-'87 module and coil into my '84. Got it all installed, even added extra grounds to the bracket and it runs really rough. Pops and shuts off as if the firing order is wrong? Am I supposed to be using the old terminal locations even with the new module? Or am I supposed to use the new terminal locations? What the heck is wrong here?

Never mind. Tried the old locations and it works.

Yeah, I should have tried that first before posting. Kinda feel like an ass now, lol. At least this will pop up when somebody searches for why theirs isn't working. That'll get 'em on the right track.

Hey ive read some posts guys said they checked " those damn plug wires 3 times" . Only to post later the plug wires were crossed. Just have to keep at it. When i switched my engine and tranny from one car to another, took me one day. Took me three days to find the fuse that was blown and stopping it from starting. Most times its just a simple thing.
