Varying my fuel pressure from 43#s to 46#s(line off) makes no difference in temps, seeing 1730ish on 110 fuel at 17 #s of boost, location is across from o2 sensor on up pipe. I know these numbers vary but mine seem excessively high, I am really concerned that these numbers don't lower with more fuel, My chip was burned with 100% fuel by Eric...am I out of injector?

thanks

You are running overrich and burning up fuel in the uppipe, which is causing a spike in your EGT temps. Lower your fuel pressure and your EGT will drop. I bet it will make more power too!....

I tried that , for the above reason you described and the temps went over 1800! It runs better with the FP higher. Another thing I noticed is the inside of the exhaust(after muffler) is a ceramic looking white residue. I don't recall seeing this before, but maybe I never looked too hard at it. May be a lean indication?

????

Have you looked at your plugs? Are they all white looking? Could be a couple of cyls leaning out. Is ur fuel psi gauge correct? What type chip?

Eric burned my chip for me , its set up for 100oct can't remember the timing....... he told me the fuel is maxxed 100% on it, setting it up at the recommended 43psi FP it idles nice but I'm at 48-49 now , pulls even better but those EGTs got me worried, I'm going to check the plugs now.

Plugs are a very light brown , still acts like it needs more fuel? I dunno...

What's your scan tool telling you ???? injector pulse width ??

Were is your EGT probe ... is it accurate ???

Whats the fuel pressure reading at the 17psi boost you are running? Whats your WOT timing?
