Alright I found out the starter problem. I had a wrong wire hooked up. Now the one that wasn't supposed to be hooked up at the starter, I have no clue where it connects too. It is molded as part of the factory positive batter cable. Has a small eye on the end and is about 63" long. Its not aftermarket, cause it is molded into the factory battery cable. It looks like 10 gauge or a little bigger wire? Any ideas where this may connect to?

The factory manual shows a black lead to the starter solenoid, and red leads(through fusible links) to the ignition(orange after the link), coolant fan, power distribution(fuse block), air conditioning, and alternator. These are all the positive battery connections shown. Coolant fan, A/C, and distribution leads come off the solenoid terminal / the ignition and alternator leads are shown as coming off the battery itself. If it's a red wire with a round lug at the end: it's probably the alt wire.
