Help!!! Rusted Header Bolts!!

Ok fellas....

I am in the process of removing my headers, downpipe and crossover.
I removed the stock downpipe...no problem!
I removed the crossover...no problem!
I removed all bolts from headers to heads...no problem!

The DAMN bolts from passenger header to exhaust housing (3 bolts) are rusted SO BAD they wont come out! I have WD-40'd the hell out of them, letting them soak over nite for 2 nites now, and they wont budge!

Any ideas, techniques, products to loosen these damn things up?? Any and all help VERY appreciated!!!

I wanna weld my leaking headers, slap on my 3" THDP, bigger crossover and SPANK some more 5.SLOWS!! Is that too much to ask?? I don't think so... ;o(

You might get more help in the general tech section than here in the chassis section. Also, do a search...there was a thread a week or two ago about some pretty effective penetrating oils and techniques.
