Help Sputtering!!!

I was doing some spring cleaning on my car, all I did was change the fuel filter and PCV valve (and grommet). Now the car is sputtering, wont build any boost, basically doesn't move...any hints...oh I also changed the plugs and cables thinking that was the problem.....

Car was good be4 this?what type of PCV? Hope it was GM brand.

Was IAC adjusted?If ok coil pack or ignition module.

No actually PCV isn't GM brand, dealer didn't have any in stock...IAC was not adjusted, it sounds like its running on 4 or 5 cylinders...could the coil pack or ignition module go bad suddenly after this change??

Also, yes car was good before this, also fuel filter is on the right way...I checked if I might have messed with any vaccum hoses while changing pcv and they are all good...

and do yourself a favour and double check that the plug wires are on in the right order... this caused me HOURS of frustration on my first T
