Hesitation

Help!! I seem to be getting rough idle and hesitation off the liee when i floor it... From a dead stop when I floor it it hesitates for about 2 seconds before the car actually starts moving. It also has more turbo lag than usual.. I am running stock chip and no adjustable wastegate, what could be causing this? Maf sensor and tps have been changed and it does the same thing. Any suggestions people?

tps have been changed

Does this mean it is set properly, according to gnttype.org's procedure and specification?

TPS:
less than 0.5V at idle
greater than 4.5 (I think... roughly) at WOT

Also reset your IAC according to gnttype.org to possibly fix your rough idle problem. Those two things along with the MAF are basically the only things that affects idle (right guys?).

any ext. leaks before turbo ...

if not that check fuel pressure being really rich with do that too.
my hot-air with stock chip only liked about 35-37# of fuel with line off regulator idleing.

and that was still rich.....

The TPS is adjusted correctly, im running abour 39 lbs of fuel pressure with vac off. I increased fp because the car always ran a little lean. It ran like this before the maf and TPS were replaced. Could it be a turbo leak? Cause I do have a suspicion of turbo leak.
