high mass air flow

installed new 50 lb. injectors & chip & fuel filter on moms t last saturday . drove about 3 miles before before making a street pass. all was well till about 1000 ft.car threw a code ,i believe a 33 high mass air flow ,have never seen this one before. mass air going bad? almost forgot ,replaced bosch o2 with new denso o2 while changing injectors .thanks
