Highest boost with supporting mods

I've got an 87 gn, suppose I added a larger FMIC (moved in front of the radiator) and the supporting fuel and ecu mods and a larger turbo. How much boost could I run? I've looked around but never found an exact number. I've read I could run 22-23# on the stock turbo with race gas. Say I was using C16 with all the upgrades, how much boost would a stock internal motor handle?

There are too many factors involved to get a set answer. With a completely stock block anything over 26psi depending on the turbo can cause a failure. With the proper machining, HG, fuel, etc. 35psi has been done by more than a few. I think Orlando is running 96psi of boost right now
