Hooker Exhaust Question

Anybody have problems getting the tailpipes to exit behind the mudflaps with the Hooker cat-back system ?

I am using the Mease 3" DP and test pipe that came with, if that matters. thanks

I have the same exhaust but no mud flaps. My buddys car has the mud flaps timmed to fit his exhaust but it is not a hooker.

same problem here, had to trim, not happy about that...........29000 mint car. i like the exhaust system and can feel the difference....no drone etc. but was not happy about the flap situaltion

When I bought the car, the one side was hitting the mud flap. I solved that by removing the mud flap. It looks much better now.

no doubt they look better without the flaps but dirt and stone chips are not worth removal......you would be surprised how well they protect. just my op ed

I ended up removing the mudflaps. I would of liked to keep them for the protection though. Too bad the hooker system does'nt have quite the "factory exit." Should have my car running tomorrow so I'll see how it turned out.
