Hot Wire Kit.... HELP

So, were do I plut this thing in at. IT has an eyelet connector a relay, a male 3 prng connection and a female 3 prong connection.

Screw the relay in the fenderwell with the others, and the eyelet connector goes to the altenator. The 3 prong plugs go in back at the fuel pump.

It goeas all the way to the back of the car? I dont think its long enough? I was uner the impression that it jumped a connector under the hood.
