How do you pop out the injectors?

I got all the nuts and bolts off so the rail can come off, but how do I get the rail and injectors out? Do I have to undo some of the clips on the injectors, or pop everything out? And where and how do I pry to get it to pop out? Thanks for any help.

If it's a car with high mileage, I would presoak the base of the injectors with somehing like WD 40 to soften up the O rings. Let it sit up over night, and then gently lift up the injectors. A good soaking will make it a lot easier.

The injectors are basically pressed into the intake. I wound up using a large flatblade screwdriver and carefully pried them out
a little at a time.

most injs are fat topside and tapered at bottom find a wrench
the size of bottom of inj and use it as leverage against manifold
to pry up.
