How to ruin a good o2 sensor

What are some ways an o2 sensor can go bad?

Race gas (besides the denso "race gas proof" one)
Oil?

i had an O2 go out because i never noticed my fuel pressure was a little high for a couple days. the 02 was also a bosch so it might of just went out because it was a bosch.

they die fast on race gas or poor tune. get your o2s in check and they will last for years.
