How to tell if I have stock plug wires?

Tyring to figure out if my plug wires are stock or not. They say GM and each plug wire is numbered for each cylinder. They are dark gray and I believe have black ends.

If they are numbered, they are likely GM original equipment. They are no longer available from GM but Kirbans has custom sets very similar in style - minus the numbering.
If yours are in good shape, take them off and store them away. They will probably be worth some $$ in the future for some restorer.
