And for those of you who mounted it on top of the dash pod or radio pod, how do you keep it there? Don't tell me velcro, either - been there...

:D

Double-stick foam tape? I used velcro but it tends to move around when it gets even a little warm.

Yup. Beem there maybe 2 years untouched.

On the instrument cluster pod, with D/S 3M tape. One of Mark Hueffman's Scanmaster sunshades is a big benefit if you mount it there though.

I'd tell you how I mounted mine 3 years ago, but you told me not to. ;)

I just tucked the wire inbetween the radio pod and instrument cluster pod the resistance of that corner held the wire nicely and hid the wire
been there 2years now and holding

I'm glad this subject came up as I'm about to move mine. For those who used double sided tape or velcro, what brand did you use and where did you get it? I'll probably see what Lowe's and Home Depot have tomorrow. They are right across the street from eachother here.

Five minute epoxy or JB Weld works great on the stickum side of velcro stuff.

It will NEVER come off. :)

Clean the area well with some alky. to get the dirt off it before applying the velcro or tape in the conventional manner that is.

With epoxy glue don't bother cleaning it up. :D

I used the 3M brand double sided tape, I think I got it from Autozone. Works great.
