I've got a 87GN.I'm going to be getting the hooker exhuast put on my car next week and removing the cat.The car still has the stock exhuast on it.What kind of horse power gain can i expect to see?

probably 15-20hp increase. that's if you have a hi-flo cat put on also.

If you forgo the cat, 30-40 HP are possible at higher boost.

Needless to say, the difference WILL show up on your timeslip.

30-40 Hp sounds good. I'm going to take the cat off.Right now i'm at 14-15lbs of boost.I would like to jump it up to 18-19lbs.
