Hr Sway Bar ....questions

HI ,i am about to install a complete hr suspension s.bar,,lowers,,and adj uppers QUESTION....what coils and shocks should i install for best 60s

I used stock recplacement coils and cheap KYB gas shocks. $30/ea from Napa. Car did 1.62 on DRs. Runs consistent 1.6Xs.

The BEST shocks are AFCO or Strange double-adjustable. I have 12 way QA1's and they work great but only are single adjustable. See video in sig. Consistent low 1.3 60' times. Thats with an ATR bar and UMI $89 LCA's and their UCA's. No need to spend double the money on HR's control arms. But do what makes you happy.
