I finally got my doors realigned by a body shop but i made the mistake of installing the new door seals after i got it back with the new ones on its not so bad a lil harder to close but sealed up nice all exept the driver side window i installed the anti rattle kit on that side i have the part that stops it from wobbleing back and forth alll the way out till theres no adjustment left and it still wobbles =/ not only that but the window has to come down more towards the front and theres no more adjustment on that stop. no matter what i do with the two stops they dont do the trick ? anyone have any imput?

Aren't TR windows and doors just monuments to poor engineering???

Hope you don't have T Tops or a Moonroof to fight as well.

Is Pete Serio still in business, or has he retired to Hawaii???

After spending countless hours on adjusting multiple g-body windows, I have come to ONE conclusion

THE WINDOWS ARE TO SMALL FOR THE OPENING (front to back).

It's very possible to get them perfect but it takes alot of improvising and creativity...I wish I could tell you how to do it but it is a very hands on kinda thing that can't be explained.
Suffice it to say, EVERY adjustment effects the other adjustmaents.

#1 mistake people make is setting them to high in the opening.
#2 mistake is setting them to low.

it's a bear of a job and it usually takes me around 3 hours a door to get them right...

DON'T forget - you can adjust the pillar seals as well. There are mounting screws behind the rubber seals that allow adjustment. 99% of the time, I usually elongate the mounting holes on the B pillar seal plate to allow in and out adjustment. This helps tremedously.
