I want to run a stock 4.1 can it be done?

I got a 4.1 and I need a engine fast I have all the stuff to rebuild it stock with moly rings ,, Can I use all my parts off my 3.8 ? Oil pan? I know is the 14 bolt but no try will this be a prob?? and why?
Thanks for any help, I just need a chep way out till I can get my 3.8 done right,,

It will work fine. Weakest area is the head gaskets if you push lots of boost. Finding a 14 bolt oil pan with a baffle is not too easy?

Also, you will need an early timing cover and a drainback somewhere for the turbo.
