Iac @ 00 Any Help I'm Using A Scanmaster

MY IAC WILL NOT GO ABOVE 04 AND THEN THE IDLE IS AT LIKE 1500... DO YOU DO THIS AT IDLE OR WITH CAR OFF? AT ZERO IAC I SET THE TPS TO .44 AND WOT AT 4.78 .THE CAR IDLES AT 900 NOW. SHOULD I WORRY ABOUT THE IAC SETTING ? THANKS FOR ANY HELP..

You need to adjust the idle stop screw (T20) to bring up the IAC counts. The you will have to readjust the TPS. This also should correct you 1500 idle..

WHEN I ADJUST THE SCREW IT WILL ONLY GO TO 04 NO FURTHER. ANY IDEAS

Yes, turn the screw counter clock-wise, like you are lowering the idle on a carb, the iac #'s will increase., when it is 15-30 shut the car off, disconnect the ecm for more than 10 seconds. Reconnect, set your TPS #'s again and start the car.
Should be good to go.
