Who carries the best MANUAL in car boost control valve setup?

Doesn't ATR or someone similiar offer it? Which vendor?
If I'm not mistaken I think they are around $30-40?? Right??

ok from what catalogs I still have....

BGC has one *puts on FLAK jacket and Kevlar helmet for incoming lol* $195 add $49 for solenoid to go over 20lbs of boost

POSTONS has one too $199
