Incredible street rod pic help....

Not too long ago someone posted a link to an incredible street rod. The car was still a project and had an awesome functioning hood scoop made to look like a skull. Anyone else seen this? Got a link or remember the guy's shop name?

Oh and I did do a search but must not be hitting the right key words.
