one of my new injectors is stuck open how do i fix this problem it fuel just runs in to the cylinder when starting

make sure your injector wires didn't by chance get nicked and is shorting out on anything.

you were right the harness was shorting out on the fuel rail i fixed that and the car started up now it is running very very rough i sounds like a dragster i havent checked the plugs to see if they are fouled yet i did spray the injector orings with lithium grease would that hurt anything it is running very lean at idle it barely wants to stay running

Check them plugs, sounds like they are foul'ed out. Be sure your gap is within .030-.035 range if your planning on running more boost. If the plugs are ok and still runs rough, check your vacuum hoses and connections, could be a vacuum leak.

i just replaced all of the vacuum linesso it isnt that i have a question if a engine floods out with fuel and you let it run for a while shouldnt it clear up if i let it run for a minute

not always, its easy to pull the plugs out of the drivers side, check a couple of those. Do you have a scan tool? Any codes come up on the SES light while it runs rough?
