seller doesnt know his a## from a hole in the ground but it is a correct (and complete configuration for the 86-87 turbo buick and even has the cast iron elbow (wastegate) , is it stock ? , hard to say , they can fit wheels in the stock housing if its milled accordingly and make it up to a TA66
