knock at 15 psi??

i actually have a few questions. i just installed the caspers knock guage today. i never really went over 10-12 psi of boost because i didnt know what was going on. i did a run at 10-12 and one green light came on. the i went to about 15-16 psi and the third yellow came on. what are some things i should check to get rid of this knock>? only thing i know wrong witht he car is a leaky pass side header, would this cause this? also in general, what is acceptable on the caspers guage as far as knock in concerned? i know none is the best, but when are you really in trouble, as soon as it hits yellow, or not unitl it hits red??/

do you have a scanmaster hooked up? There could ne severla reasons for the knock at 15 psi.........low grade fuel, not nec less than 93 cause I have run gas from diff stations with more knock from one to another at 93 octane. What chip is in the car?? Too much timing for 93 ??? I get out of it once my Knock gauge reads 2 or more in the yellow.

it has a jl sreet chip for 93 oct. i usually use sunoco 93 or 94 when available. timing is at 16 i think
