knock question

Just rebuilt motor and trying to tune. I am using an otc 2000 scan tool. Static fuel is 41lbs and have 2 fuel pumps. I launched at 5lbs of boost and when she hit 2nd gear my knock retard degrees hit 15. I was running 15lbs of boost. I guess what I am looking for is the values for the sensors at idle and wot. Bored .030, stock heads, 2800 stall, 30lb injectors, ta49, stud kit, etc. Really nothing special, just want to make sure to tune it right this time.

1.injectors look a little small even if you have 2 fuel pumps those injectors a still limited to how much they can spray
2.what did you torque the knock sensor to??? is it a known good one
3.what gas are you running 91or better i hope???
3.whos chip it might have to much timming for the street
4.is everything thighten good like down pipe hitting frame
5.get a scanmaster not say nothing about your 0tc but its hard to beat a scanmaster
6.put some high octane it and if it gose away then its real and if it dosnt then its false (dont touch the boost)

switched to heated o2 and put 5 gallons of 115 cam2 with the rest 93. Now I have 00 to 02 knock at 15lbs boost. I will keep an eye on it, but looks good now.

yea

but with that much boost you shouldnt need high octane???

you have real knock so be careful
