Knock sensor going off, but not motor

I got my motor back in and now on occasion when I am crusing the knock sensor will just start lighting up. So yesterday I was on the expressway doing 60mph and it started going off. So I pushed the shifter into nuetral and turned the car off (I was rolling at 60mph) and it was still flashing. Has anyone had to trace a problem like this? Its either got to be drivetrain related or some sort of rattle? Suggestions on where to look? At least its not the motor....phew.

Was it torqued to 14 ftlbs? If too tight they can be overly sensitive. Do you hear anything, like pinging, exhaust leak, IC fan rubbing, etc? Was it when you hit a bump? Check your ground you used for the gauge.
