I see 7-12 degrees of knock retard on scanmaster at much above 10 lbs. boost. Also, there is a signifigant hesitaion from a dead stop as well as a rough idle. Cannot find any vaccum leaks (does'nt mean they aren't there though). Car has new walbro pump w/hot wire kit, recently flowed & balanced red stripes, new adjustable regulator (about 41psi. w/line off), new tank and filter, k&n, trx chip w/20 degrees timing, 3'' kirban downpipe, and torque strap. where do I start?
