Just recently installed a laptop holder I bought from Joe Tiano.
(He's a vendor and has in ad in the advertiser section).
Installation was easy. Just removed nuts from the support under the passenger seat, slid the bracket over, and put nuts back on. Its a tight fit as there is no adjustment on the bracket, but it doesn't get much easier.
You can adjust the laptop mount so that you can change the angle of the laptop, etc. Once I got an angle I liked, I tightened everything down. The top part of the holder and the pole is easy to remove from the base. The base doesn't stick out too much and I've had no complaints from passengers.
