I mean the whole area? Is it under drivers side foot panel?

Left rear of trunk. Looking at the image, very bottom left side. The arrow shows the view of the upper left part of the image. Basically, open the trunk, stand next to the drivers side of trunk, and look toward the rear of the inside of the trunk.

That is where the tail light harness exits to the exterior of the car.

The yellow wire is straight grounded. Gonna trace it out with a New Tool !!!!!!!!
This new power probe circuit tester is Bad ASS.
I do low voltage industrial hvac and lighting control systems for a living and know these tools.
This tool for my cars and boat is awesome.
I would recommend this to anybody. I got the one with "errything the master kit"
But this one here is great all by itself.

The issue turned out to be bad bulbs.
The ground on the side of the bulb was grounding out on the brake side of the light.?
Anyways now onto the high beams.
The dash says they are on but the lights arent.
Then when indicator on dash says bright the lights arent.

I found the issue last night. It turned out if i shook the fuse {brake light fuse} around it would work/not work. I cleaned up the fuse contacts and everything is great now. It actually caused my headlights hi beams to operate backward.
