the typical heated Delco 02 doesn't last any longer than the cheaper version in the presence of leaded fuel.....the heating is only there for smog control (gets the car into closed loop sooner)

the single wire Denso's seem to hold up best and are cheaper

the most obvious sign of a dead 02 would be lazy cross counts also bad mileage
