im running 110 octane right now with 24-25 pounds of boost. i have tons of work done to my car but it doesnt feel as fast as i thought. ive raced a few fast cars around here and beat them so i know my car is fast but it doesnt keep me in my seat as much as i thought it would. it feels like it pulls strong as hell but i thought it would completely keep me stuck to my seat. im gettin perfect traction too. ive gotten rides in high 11 second v8 cars and it totally keeps me stuck to my seat. i have heard the the gn's have a flat torque curve and they dont feel as fast as they are. but i figured a low 11 sec high 10 sec car would feel fast either way. Thanks.

What et/mph does it run at the track? (or G-tech for that matter) Do you have any knock? No one will be able to give you an accurate guess, need more details first.

The butt dyno is very decieving. Some turbo 4 banger cars that run low 14's FEEL fast, but arent, while a low 12 car doesnt feel like much. My last car was a 99 cobra, and at one point I had a Novi and intercooler on it, making 500 at the wheels. My GN, which probably makes no more than 350hp, feels faster and pulls me into my seat harder than the cobra did. 0-60, the GN probably faster, (The cobra would get loose and slide all over the road up to 90-100mph...hell, even in N/A form with the 4.56's the car had SERIOUS traction problems) but say 60-120, the cobra would eat the GN alive. The cobra was an easy low 11 car, and the GN is probably a low 12 car. But its more fun cause that torque is so abundant. With the blower, the Cobra only had 390 lb ft, but you had to wind it to 6800rpm to get there, but the GN probably makes 500 at 2500-3000rpm.
A good saying that applies here: Torque accelerates cars. Horsepower sells cars. With a flat torque curve, you're not feeling any rise or peaking of torque. But if you look at the speedo, you know its moving quick. The cobra was very peaky. It didnt start to pull till 4000, and from 4k to 7k, it would feel great cause it was going from being dead to hitting the curve. The GN makes power right off idle practically, so you're not feeling that transition from out of the curve to into the curve like you would with a high winding N/A motor.
