Low o2 reading

so when my car is up to temp the scanmaster shows good readings on almost all parameters except o2 reading ( 150-490) and blm (142). When i give it gas the blms go to about 129 and full throttle about 121. Also at full throttle the o2 gets into the low 800. Would a low o2 reading cause a crappy idle? Thanks for any advice, its much appreciated.
