major tuning issues

ok guys here goes the tuning that i got probs with here. first it starts off with the startup after sitting for a long time. it starts up and stalls i have to let it warm up alot beofre i put it in gear. every time i take off from a light its stumbles a sec then goes fine no matter if its cold or hot. as i take corners when i get off the brakes and back on the gas a little it stumbles as well. the BLMs are always on 150 weather im on the gas or idling at a light. if i let off the gas they go down to about 120 till i pout the gas pedal down a little then right up to about 145. when i get on it the o2's are looking ok but BLM is always high. almost everything was replaced when i had the motor done all new sensors and the MAF is working fine. any idea i have a JT chip and not sure on the FP but i had at at 40psi line off and 50 psi line off and it didnt make a difference. anyone point me in the right direction. no header crack or anything most of the stuff is all brand new.

one more thing i forgot i took the WG arm off to put a better hold on clip for the arm i re attatched the arm and had no boost till second gear then after driving for a while it would be ok but and have boost in all gers. only thing is now in first gear boost is slow to come on but hten comes on out of no where. any ideas on all this
