Making fan run on high!

Did a search couldn't find anything but how do you make the fan run on high all the time when it turns on summer is here and warm weather is killer for these cars. is there something i must pull out or add or something like that? thanks in advance.

Jump a wire across the white ceramic resistor on the fan, or just remove the resistor and connect the two wires.

Or move the single wire to the other end of the resistor where the 2 wires are and leave the resistor in place as a handy terminal block .
