MALF 52 CAL pack

MY car just started running like crap. The check engine light came on. Hooked up turbo-link and it said error 52 cal pack missing, along with the oxy. sensor error. The oxygen sensor steady reads 934mv (I guess its bad?) But where is the CAL located, I unplugged ECM to see if it resets, now what?
