i bought a used power master complete unit from him and it was junk!! removed it twice, swapped my good parts and still no brakes!! not only will he not respond in the lounge, but has apparently cancelled his email address as well!
pay pal will not honor the sale because it was a gifted item, and they were screwed out of their commission!!!! be careful when someone asks to friends and family your purchase, because you just gave up your right to arbitrate.

yes you are right. i am in the process of getting a refund from american express. he hasn't answered them either!!

that's funny, it was advertised as a GOOD used unit! i spent an extra $300 r&r ing it twice! why didn't you speak up before a nubie like me got porked?

, he usually gives a credit for old ones up to 125.00 shipped to him when he needs them

as for stopping you from buying a unit at whats basically a core price ..if the accumulator works thats a 179.00 part , brake switch is over 100.00

as for the install cost (s) that you incurred ..thats on you for going used

i see powermasters on quite a few cars that come to me and many are defective without the owner even knowing it ..as far as im concerned all powermasters after 30yrs are cores and should be pulled and replaced with vac or hydroboost
