I don't see how the crossover joint is going too seal, with those long cuts on either side, and a short, stubby piece on the other pipe sliding into that. No way.

Says 4-2-1 style. Funny.

Headers

I thought they looked good too so I emailed the eBay seller and asked who is the manufacturer and here is their response:

"Hi, it's imported from taiwan. and we've sold some of them. It would run great since there isn't any complaint for this item. Thank you.

(signed) Pros

They look like the set SE Turbo offers (ATR style) Personally I wouldn't buy them. I would spend the extra money and buy form SE Turbo or TA Performance.

I was looking at that, too. Isn't that one piece just flipped around? I mean, it's the v-band attachment to the header and the cut pipe slides onto the other end with the weld bead.

Those look 100% identical to my ATR's. And yes the one piece of the crossover in the picture is turned the wrong way. Mine kept blowing apart there, so I welded it up.

Those look like the same ones that were being sold by "jdmmotorz" on ebay not too long ago. I purchased a set for a nice $240 and have yet to install them but, will be a while cause of engine problems. The O2 bung was not installed however, I complained about it and they refunded me $20 to have one welded (which is what I asked for). All in all, it looks nice.

Headers

Has anyone tried them though??? I've seen them also. I can live with welding in my own o2 bung. I am however afaid they maybe overkill on my car. any advise would be helpful. look at my sig. I was hoping to get mid 11's out of it. thanx jason

You get what you pay for. They are made in Taiwan. Need I say more! Buy American made from SE Turbo, Arizona, TA Performance....

Well, lots of things are made outside the US and a lot of the time it ends up being a better product. You cant possibly tell me that you dont have anything on your car made outside of the US? Heck, most of our nuts/bolts on our cars are metric. Im not saying that these headers are better but, they are cheap. Even if they need to be modded, I dont mind cause its something I like to do anyway. I'd like to support our turbobuick vendors but, we can't all afford the extra price (which is sometimes more than twice as much). Sometimes that phrase "you get what you pay for", doesn't always apply either.

Here are some installed pics on another persons car.

i agree why doesnt some company over here produce the parts .Rice are supporting the buicks though props to them i guess

i just recieved a set from jdmmotorz on thursday and i think they look pretty good for the price. Yes there is no o2 bung, but that gives me the choice of where to put it. (The factory location sucks to get to) Another thing i noticed is that the tube coming from #2 cylinder hits the head , but thats nothing a file can't take care of. This was all noticed on a mocked up motor on a stand not in the car, it will be a few weeks before i can install them on the car.

there have been others that have installed these and been very happy on this board
