What kind of mileage would I expect to get from a set of MT ET Streets if they were driven purely on the street. What would be the difference in the amount of total mileage compared to the Nitto 555R?

Hey Sal i just picked up a set of these today , i dont think your going to see alot of milage . I ran a set of MT pro comps and they wore out real fast . Like 4000 miles fast , id imagine the ETS would be worse . Forget about driving in the rain with these tires unless you enjoy hydroplaning . My Bald BFG comp tas were scary enough w/o a soft sidewall radial . I tried BFG drag radials and i was not impressed . Do yourself a favor buy a set of BFGS or whatever for the street and a set of MT streets or slicks for the track or if you really need to make a mess out of someone on the street . I just figured that out after resisting the idea. :p

I just replaced my ET STREETS with nittos and i will never go back.

if you enjoy driving a car that feels like the back end is on banana peels the ET STREETS are for you.

plus the ticket i have didnt help either.

yes they are dot legal but they are not recommended for highway use.

people tend to think that they are a cure all for traction on the street. unless you warm em up, you will spin them all day.

just my $.02

I just got a set of 28x12.5x15 ET Streets on my gn and they hook very well on the street. My car is by no means a daily driver at all so I dont mind the fast wear of the ET. I launched it on the brake at 10psi and spun them for alittle bit but I think the ET hooked very well. I do have air bags in the back and the et's are fully inflated as well. Just my .02
