Help make sense of these numbers

You have several problems
1) AF is to low (MAF sensor) unless you have an extender chip
2) BLM is pegged probably a vaccum leak
3)Malfunction code 44

Go to Trouble Shoot then error codes

AF is ok (a little high but not that bad), but the BLM's are pegged on the high end from being lean, and that lean condition would cause that MAL code. I think you have more than a little vacuum leak. Either you have a chip problem (most likely not), a MAF problem, or a whole slew of vacuum leaks. (EGR could be 1) Check all hoses after the MAF, make sure the PCV is working and let us know if anything factory has been removed or modified. Are all the check valves in place? Hoses cracked? Vacuum block on the TB tight with a gasket in there?
Is your EGR valve working? Shut the car off. Pull the cover off the EGR valve. Pull the hose off of it. Reach under the EGR with your fingers and pull up on the diaphragm. With it pulled all the way up, plug the vacuum barb with a finger on your other hand and let go of the diaphragm. Does the diaphragm stay in the up position? If not, its torn. Start the car up and let it idle with everything connected again. Pull the vacuum line off the EGR valve, and tell us if there is vacuum sucking through that hose. There shouldnt be. If there is, your solenoid is stuck.

Check the EGR system first.
Tell us if the O2 cross counts (CC's) are cycling...going up to 255 and back to zero, and then counting back up again. It should cycle in at least 90 seconds. If not, replace the O2 sensor. If you dont run lkeaded gas, get a Bosch O2 sensor, cause I found them to be much more active.
Check fuel pressure.
Check hoses for leaks and inspect the PCV valve.
Check intake tube for leaks.
Make sure all the fuel injector connectors are hooked up and you have no pinched, cut or corroding wires.
With it idling, get a mechanics stethoscope and listen to each injector, and make sure all are ticking exactly the same.
There are other things to look for, but if that fails, replace your MAF. If its not that, try another chip. If that fails, you may have to pull your intake manifold and replace the gaskets.
