I've used poly once, and will never do it again, due to the excessive squeaking (rear sway bar bushings on my GS)
Does anyone know of any companies that use real rubber bushings on their control arms? As far as I know Hotchkis switched to poly too.

I have a custom LARGE rear sway bar and tubular lower control arms that have rubber bushings. Best of both worlds. Not too much flex in the arm but no squeaking and transfer of road noise. Have one of the uppers but somehow the other got lost. :(

They are for sale! ;)

Are they non adjustable?
Both the Uppers & Lowers are adjustable (Length comes pre-set to factory specs from DSE) , They come with rubber bushings, and best of all they are designed with their patented "Swivel links" on each end which offers exceptional articulation....
