Need a chip

I need a new computer chip for my GN. I have 009 fuel injectors I also need to replace the stock turbo cause its spitting oil I am thinking of upgrading the turbo to somthing a little bigger not too crazy, a front mounted inter cooler and a three inch down pipe. everything else is pritty much stock except for the 2 inch down pipe with a delta gate. Right now the chip is the biggest thing i need cause the dam thing has to pass CA smog crap by the end of April. Any sugestions? I alswo live In Suisun Ca between San Fran and Sacrmento and would like to know if there are any places near by that can sell me some good stuff for GN's

You will need two chips, one for normal driving and an emissions chip.
