Need application for 4" maf or gm part #

Does anyone know what the 4" maf's came on? Or have a gm part #?

z 06 corvette or chevy trucks w/the bigblock i am assuming

I checked with my parts dept. They don't stock a maf for a Z06. But the maf for the Z06 and big block truck are the same.
