Need Help Boggen

I need some Help....
My 87 is boggen only after it is hot. I replaced the O2 and ECM but still running rich? Code 45. 750 - 800mV. on the o2..
I was thinking MAF but am not sure what to next...
Any Thoughts...

Start car and then disconnect MAF and see how it runs and let us know.

I Disconnected the MAF and it ran worse!!!!
I just took the scan master out so not sure on the scan #'s.
Code 45 o2 over 800mV constant.. (rich)
As i said the car runs great untill it worms up....(i am guessing it is using a default o2 # untill it heats up)
I haven't driven it much this year as i had another Daughter, so not sure what is going on...
If i disconnect the o2 will the computer set a default.. 450mV or something?
