Need help identifying these wires

[86 GN DDR]

I keep blowing my 5 amp fuse to the instrument lamps and found these hanging. Any idea what they are and what I should do with them.

It is a bit hard to tell from the picture but I think the PPL/WHT is C230 and goes to the defogger.

As for the other wire it looks like tan/wht???? BRN/WHT is used for the brake warning circuits but I dont know of any loose connectors for it. Please confirm the color or routing.
