Judging by your sig, I dont see a bottleneck, other than going with a bigger turbo. The springs may be tired if they're old and if you've floated the valves a few too many times. Who did your heads? If its not done properly, this can kill alot of power. It would be nice if you had flow numbers. Its possible to port heads and end up losing a ton of low and mid range, and then barely come even at redline. If I were you, I would look into checking the springs to make sure theyre still good (pull them all off and lay them on a table to see if they are all different heights. This is a quick way to check if you dont have a spring tester.)
Once that is aside, get a bigger turbo with alky injection if you dont already have it. TE-45a's are really nice up top. Theres a million to choose from really. Then make sure the converter is locking up once youre getting up there in speed. You can adjust WOT lockup speed with an extender chip, or just make a switch that gives you more to worry about during a race.
Also, jack the car up and check each wheel for dragging brakes/e-brake set too tight. Get the tune dialed in for top end as well.

thanks. imma try switching to my 110 chip and hopefully that does the trick. if that doesn't work then i'm trying any and everything. wasn't running too bad with the 93 chip last night i just kept getting sucked up on the top end

First these cars are not top end cars ( 5800 rpm ) and we do not push our turbo's 35+ psi like imports do to get more HP up top. I wouldn't expect too much from a TE44 at around 26-28psi after the 1/8th.

Step up to a PT67 or 70 and the lock up is a great way to get the most out of what you have already.

you are kidding about the te44 right

1.578 4.669 7.35 91.42 9.677 11.66 113.35
no problem at only 24psi (only had a std wastegate for the TE) , oh and on little 26" tires in 3rd gear through a stock motor , no ported heads and a duttneck i/c
with tuning the same day concentrating on the top end i had 115 out of it, had to take it off , no bar :(

if you are falling off at 100- 110 you need to check your tune , you could be leaning out
whats the timeslip look like , what were 02s, any knock activity, any egt reading?
