Need Walbro Fuel Strainer P/n#

someone told me that there is a regular gm fuel strainer that will work perfectly on the fuel pump but the guys at the auto parts stores nowa days are so unhelpful. i asked him if he could bring up the ones he had for the gm application and he told me the story of i have to many of them back there and its a mission and i told him thanks alot for helping me a$$hole.....

so here is the deal does anyone know the application for this strainer. i know one of you guys have to know it so many of you are running walbro pumps.....

It is a strainer for the Mustang pump. I could not get a GM to fit the Walbro 340.

is it for 5.0 a 4.6 a 2.3 i mean what does it fit and what year model does it fit the 86-91 models or the 93-99 models let me know whats up if you have a brand with part number that would make my search a whole lot easier i will be sure to p/u 2 of these things just to have one for back up.....

I don't know what model Mustang. I went to Autozone and ask for a Mustang fuel strainer. I think I told them 93. You will know when you see it. It is the same strainer that came with my Walbro 340.
